Draft · effective September 2026 · private beta
Terms
The short version: your search is yours, the copilot drafts and you decide, and the beta comes as it is.
FootJar, 10206 Pines Avenue, Suite 234, The Woodlands, Texas 77380. "We" in these terms means FootJar.
Who can use FootJar
You need to be at least eighteen and able to enter a contract. During the private beta, you also need an invitation. One account per person; keep your sign-in to yourself.
Your content
Everything you put into FootJar stays yours: jobs, notes, documents, mail, transcripts. You give us permission to store and process it so the product can work for you, and nothing more. Drafts the copilot writes for you are yours to use, edit or throw away.
The copilot is a copilot
Scores, probabilities and drafts are estimates and suggestions produced by an AI model. They can be wrong. You are responsible for what you send, submit and say in your search. FootJar does not promise interviews, offers or employment, and it is not career, legal or financial advice.
Fair use
Use FootJar for your own job search. Do not use it to scrape, spam, impersonate anyone, or send anything unlawful or deceptive. Do not try to break, copy or resell the service. If you do, we can close your account.
Connected accounts
When you connect Gmail or LinkedIn, you are also bound by their terms. You can disconnect at any time. FootJar only reads what belongs to jobs on your board and only sends what you approve.
Beta, as it is
This is a private beta. Things change, break and occasionally disappear. There is no charge during the beta, and no card is collected. We will tell you before anything becomes paid, and you will choose whether to continue. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the beta is nothing.
Ending things
You can leave whenever you like by asking us to delete your account. We can end the beta or your access with notice, and sooner if these terms are broken.
The rest
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy page are the whole agreement between you and FootJar.
