- Add-on licenses. $25/mo each on any paid tier. The app tells you when the next tier is cheaper: Practice at 8 licenses, Firm at 18.
- Licenses move. When a licensed client lands, their license returns to your pool the same day. Reassign it in one click. Premium features just go quiet for them — never deleted, never a paywall aimed at your client.
- Fair use. Every license carries the same fair-use ceiling. It tells us; it never stops you.
- Annual. Pay yearly and get two months free. Cancel any time; your clients keep their records.
